EMS360 was created in close collaboration with numerous schools, with the aim of greatly simplifying the process and management of their staff reviewing and professional learning. From these humble beginnings, it has grown organically over the years and now includes modules for 360 reviews, self assessments, staff leave, student activities and camps, risk management, health and safety, and more.

I have worked across all facets of EMS360, from DB design right through to the finer points of UX. I've even manned the support desk (email and phone) for a period of years in parallel with my regular development work. Staff feedback about the system often included immense praise for the responsiveness and effectiveness of the support given (somewhat of a rarity in the educational software space, apparently).

More recently, I have not been involved in the active development of the project - only being called in as a mercenary for crisis-handling, tackling the complex facets of data management or solving the unsolvable mysteries presented by users.
