Music licensing for all projects big and small!

Sony Music Licensing (codename: SYNC) was a feature rich website for browsing Sony's music catalogue and applying for licensing of tracks. Tracks could be previewed through the integrated AS3 Flash player. The front-end was written in ExtJS 3, and the framework was pushed to its absolute limits to present a professional and rich UI to the user.

The project was terminated in 2019 due to lack of processing of requests from the internal licensing team. I suspect there were too many little fish applying and it was not worth their time to process and charge the requests, and that their bigger clients had special arrangements outside the system in place.
